Stay "Healthy and Safety"

Air Quality Management

At Li’lberry, we take the health and wellbeing of our staff and students very seriously. We monitor the air quality daily and use this real-time data in conjunction with a rigorous Air Quality Policy. This policy provides clear guidelines for everyone: if the air quality reaches ‘unhealthy’ or ‘hazardous’ levels, we immediately limit outdoor exposure or move all play and activities safely indoors. To further ensure a healthy environment, we have also installed high-quality HEPA air purifiers in all classrooms and common rooms—such as the office, staff room, and library—allowing everyone to benefit from clean, safe air while at school.

Sanitation

At Li’lberry, we take great care to ensure our environment and resources are clean and safe. To achieve this, we maintain rigorous daily and weekly cleaning schedules, complemented by regular deep cleaning routines. Our daily and weekly cleaning protocols include thorough sanitisation of rooms, toys, and resources, utilizing a sanitising water spray (SteriPlant) in conjunction with a strict infection control policy, particularly during contagious periods. Additionally, as a vital part of our monthly deep cleaning process, we employ UVC light sterilisation for all rooms, toys, and resources. This comprehensive and multi-layered approach has proven highly effective in reducing the spread of many common childhood illnesses

Food and Nutrition

Beyond our unwavering commitment to environmental health and hygiene, at Li’lberry, we also place the utmost importance on our children’s Food and Nutrition. We are incredibly proud to have a dedicated culinary team, led by a chef with expertise in nutrition, who passionately crafts a diverse array of fresh, home-cooked meals of the highest quality. Our goal is to ensure that every child receives wholesome, clean, and supremely nutritious food each day.

Our chef meticulously prepares meals on a daily basis, focusing diligently on providing a perfectly balanced diet, tailored to the unique nutritional needs of young children. Furthermore, it is a strict school policy that we do not use any processed foods. The result is a truly heartwarming sight: our children joyfully discovering delicious new flavors and sharing meals with their friends and teachers in a warm, familial atmosphere – an experience that not only nourishes their bodies but also significantly fosters their social development.
